Let’s talk about
your operation.
Start with your biggest reliability or maintenance challenge. We’ll help identify a practical next step.

Where is downtime
holding you back?
Tell us what is affecting your plant’s performance. Request a complimentary Plant Performance Review or discuss a specific engineering challenge. Based in Durban, South Africa; site visits and travel are agreed for each engagement.

A fresh perspective
on your plant’s
performance.
The AssetIQ Plant Performance Review is a focused, 2–3 hour introduction to your operation, its challenges and its improvement potential.
A practical first conversation. No obligation to engage further.
- 01
Discuss your priorities
Meet with Engineering and Operations to understand the issues affecting performance.
- 02

- 03
Get an executive snapshot
Receive a concise, two-page summary of key observations and indicative opportunity areas.
- 04
Decide on the next step
Determine whether a deeper diagnostic is justified. Detailed root cause analysis and implementation planning are scoped separately.
A few useful answers.
What should we prepare for the review?
If available, share the last 3–6 months of downtime summaries, OEE or availability data, maintenance backlog, PM compliance and approximate maintenance spend. We can discuss what is practical before the visit.
Is the complimentary review a full audit?
No. It is a high-level plant review and executive snapshot. Detailed work-order analysis, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development and a full improvement roadmap form part of a separately agreed paid engagement.
Can you help implement the recommendations?
Yes. Implementation support can cover maintenance strategy, RCM, planning, backlog reduction, CMMS optimisation, reliability practices and engineering capability. Programmes are scoped and quoted separately.
How is our operational information handled?
Client operational information is treated as confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be agreed before commercially sensitive data is shared.
Which manufacturers do you work with?
AssetIQ focuses on manufacturing and asset-intensive operations, with a foundation in FMCG engineering and maintenance. Relevant sectors include food, beverage, packaging and other production environments.
